Justices Snub Tennis Channel Appeal In Comcast Bias Case

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 2:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal by the the Tennis Channel seeking to overturn a circuit court's ruling that Comcast Cable Communications LLC did not discriminate against it by placing it in a separate programming package from other sports networks.
