High Court Refuses Appeal Over Calif. Drainage Project

Law360, Chicago (February 24, 2014, 7:48 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from two California water districts seeking to revive their suit alleging the U.S. Department of Interior’s inaction has led to poor drainage in the state’s Central Valley Project and caused low-quality water to flow downstream.
