Fla. Senate Floats Plan For Casinos In Miami-Dade, Broward

Law360, Miami (February 25, 2014, 7:38 PM EST) -- A Florida Senate committee on Monday presented a gaming plan that would allow a casino resort in each of Miami-Dade and Broward counties and would require that any gambling expansions would have to be approved by a majority of voters in a statewide public referendum.
