Tech Co. Intevac Settles Claim It Gave Russian Worker Secrets

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 2:30 PM EST) -- Global technology company Intevac Inc. has agreed to pay $115,000 to settle allegations that it illegally released information on sensitive national security technology to a Russian national working at the company, a U.S. Department of Commerce division said Tuesday.
