IBM Tears Down SCO Group's Disclosure, Sale Plan

Law360, New York (March 27, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Taking a one-two punch at troubled Unix licenser SCO Group, IBM Corp. argued on Wednesday against both the company's proposed disclosure statement and its possible sale to Stephen Norris Capital Partners.

In two separate motions in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, IBM argued that neither SCO's disclosure statement nor its sales plan contained enough information for creditors and interested parties to make sense of them.
