10th Circ. Denies New Trial For Clapton Songwriter's Widow

Law360, Los Angeles (February 25, 2014, 5:13 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit on Tuesday shut down a bid by the widow of Eric Clapton songwriter Jerry Lynn Williams for a new trial in a suit claiming she and Williams divorced shortly before his death to hide his assets from creditors in a licensing dispute over his songs.
