VW Workers Object To UAW's Union-Vote Challenge

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 8:35 PM EST) -- A group of workers on Tuesday sought to intervene in the United Auto Workers' bid to have the National Labor Relations Board overturn its recent loss in a representation election at Volkswagen AG's Chattanooga, Tenn., plant, arguing the election results should stand.
