Travelers Bests Northrop Grumman In Cleanup Row

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 5:34 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday handed a victory to Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. in its battle with Northrop Grumman Systems Co. over cleanup costs around a facility where the company manufactured and tested airplanes, weapons and satellites.
