Philly's Fight With Union Kept Alive By Judge

Law360, Philadelphia (February 26, 2014, 2:08 PM EST) -- The city of Philadelphia’s contract fight with the union representing its blue-collar employees will move closer to trial after a Pennsylvania state judge last week denied summary judgment motions to both sides in the dispute, but negotiations between the parties have resumed.
