Goodman Faces $803M In Damages In Air Conditioner Action

Law360, Philadelphia (February 26, 2014, 3:17 PM EST) -- Heating, ventilation and air conditioning products manufacturer Goodman Global Inc. could face at least $803 million in damages in a Pennsylvania class action over the alleged sale of defective air conditioners, the company said Wednesday in a notice of removal to federal court.
