Patton Boggs, Squire Sanders In Talks To Merge

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 4:31 PM EST) -- Patton Boggs LLP and Squire Sanders are in the early stages of talks to combine to create a 1,700-lawyer, 22-country entity, each said in a joint statement Wednesday.

The deal would bring together the lobbying and legal package offered by the revenue-troubled Patton Boggs and the sheer size of Squire Sanders, which has been ranked among the top 10 global law firms.
