NJ Judge Jacobson Clears Path For Disputed RE Development

Jacobson on Wednesday cleared a path for a new Princeton, N.J., residential development, dismissing a suit filed by a citizen coalition concerned about potential environmental and medical waste from the development’s construction at a former hospital site.
