Penn National Lands Lone Mass. Slots Parlor License

Law360, New York (February 27, 2014, 4:31 PM EST) -- A third try proved to be the charm for Penn National Gaming Inc., which on Thursday was conditionally awarded the state's lone slots parlor license for a $225 million gambling project it has proposed with Plainridge Racecourse.
