5 Firms Work On Deutsche Annington's $3.3B Real Estate Buy

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 2:04 PM EST) -- German real estate group Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE is spending nearly €2.4 billion ($3.3 billion) to grab more than 41,000 residential units from a pair of German real estate companies, Deutsche Annington announced Friday.

The additional units significantly expand the company's presence in cities across northern Germany; nearly half of the portfolio properties are in Bremen or Kiel.

The company is buying 30,000 residential units from Bremen-based real estate firm Vitus Immobilien Sarl for €1.4 billion, and is also acquiring 11,500 units managed by DeWAG Management...
