Nev. Justices Say Ex-Vegas Sands Exec Can't Compel Docs

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 4:25 PM EST) -- The Nevada Supreme Court ruled Thursday that the Las Vegas Sands Corp. does not have to hand over confidential company information to a fired, former president suing for breach of an employment contract, saying he was too late in requesting the materials.
