Crowell Adds 2 Calif. Regulatory Vets, Splits Energy Team

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2014, 6:37 PM EST) -- Crowell & Moring LLP has added two former California public utilities' in-house attorneys to bolster its energy practice in San Francisco, and split off its energy group from environment and natural resources-focused attorneys, it said Monday.

Nancy Saracino, former general counsel and chief administrative officer of California Independent System Operator Corp., and Frank Lindh, former general counsel for the California Public Utilities Commission, have joined the firm as partners in the energy group, Crowell said.
