NJ Collects $304M In Litigation Settlements In 2013

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:56 PM EST) -- New Jersey’s Division of Law collected approximately $304 million through litigation settlements, a 52 percent spike in such receivables over the previous year thanks in part to sizable payments to settle environmental and securities violations, according to a Tuesday announcement from the state’s attorney general.
