Disk Drive Cos. Say Fla.'s Antitrust Claims Fatally Flawed

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:14 PM EST) -- Several optical disk drive manufacturers including Toshiba Corp. and Panasonic Corp. reiterated their call Monday for a California federal judge to toss a portion of a price-fixing suit brought by Florida, claiming the state has conjured misleading arguments in an effort to keep the suit alive.
