Dovel Tech, 5 Others Win $80M SEC Modernization Contract

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 5:53 PM EST) -- Dovel Technologies said on Monday that it and five other companies have been awarded a five-year contract with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that could be worth up to $80 million to help modernize and develop the agency's information technology capabilities.

According to the government-run Federal Procurement Data System-Next Generation, Dovel was officially awarded an initial obligation of $1.4 million for the Division Information Office Application Modernization and Development Support contract on Feb. 25.
