Full Fed. Circ. To Mull Liability In False Import Doc Suit

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 3:32 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit will consider whether corporate officers can be held personally liable for providing the U.S. government with misleading import information, the court said Wednesday, granting an en banc rehearing in a case alleging that a clothing importer submitted inaccurate customs documents.
