Minn. House Overwhelmingly Backs B2B Tax Repeal

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 7:13 PM EST) -- The Minnesota House on Thursday overwhelmingly supported a plan to repeal $232 million in business-to-business taxes enacted just last year and additional reforms that would align the state's tax laws with the federal tax code, which would result in additional tax cuts for individuals.
