Green Groups Appeal Decision Letting EPA Alter Pollution Deal

Law360, New York (March 7, 2014, 1:48 PM EST) -- Environmental groups on Friday appealed a ruling issued by a Florida federal judge in favor of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency permitting the state to set its own water pollution limits, saying Florida’s pollution regulations do not meet Clean Water Act requirements.
