FTC Urges States Not To Limit Nurse Practitioners

Law360, Washington (March 7, 2014, 8:51 PM EST) -- Federal Trade Commission staff on Friday urged state legislators to carefully evaluate proposed measures that would limit the practice of advanced practice registered nurses, saying such proposals could reduce competition in the primary health care market.
