Google Sued Over App Purchases Aimed At Kids

Law360, Los Angeles (March 07, 2014, 6:19 PM ET) -- Google Inc. was hit with a putative class action Friday in California federal court claiming that its app marketplace exploits children by incentivizing them to spend large amounts of money on free or low-priced games without requiring them to get their parents’ permission for every purchase.
