Law360, Dallas (March 10, 2014, 7:23 PM EDT) -- A Texas company is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to overrule a Fifth Circuit decision that cut short its fraud suit against Avery Dennison Corp. and Renner Otto Boisselle & Sklar LLP stemming from a licensing deal involving a rejected application for a personalized stamp patent.
