Fla. Sens. Float Records Exemption For Judicial Investigation

Law360, Miami (March 10, 2014, 6:41 PM EDT) -- A Florida Senate committee on Monday recommended a bill that would create a temporary public records exemption during an investigation by the Florida Elections Commission into potential violations of limitations on political activity by candidates for judicial office.
