IFA Launches $272M Dubai Resort Project

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 2:03 PM EDT) -- Building out its Dubai hotel portfolio, IFA Resorts & Hotels announced on Sunday plans to build a 1 billion dirham ($272.2 million) resort project on the man-made island of Palm Jumeirah that will include a mix of hotel and apartment units.

The project, dubbed The 8, calls for an eight-story development that will include 300 hotel apartments on the residential property-starved island, according to a statement.
