Exelon Can't Dodge $14M Wind Power Row With Deere

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 8:44 PM EDT) -- A Delaware state court judge on Friday trimmed Deere & Co.’s lawsuit accusing Exelon Generation Acquisitions LLC of breaching an agreement to pay Deere $14 million after a Michigan wind power plant was completed, but allowed Deere to pursue the bulk of its claim.
