Hawaii County Blocked From Compelling GMO Registration

Law360, Los Angeles (March 10, 2014, 5:33 PM EDT) -- A Hawaii circuit court judge on Friday suspended Hawaii County’s attempt to require farmers growing genetically modified crops to register with the county, preventing it from enforcing the newly enacted rule just two days after it went into effect.
