Top General Says Taliban No Threat To Afghan Military

Dunford, commander of the international forces in Afghanistan, told the Senate Armed Services Committee that the Taliban doesn't pose an existential threat to the newly empowered Afghan security forces, but pressed lawmakers to continue support for the war in order to preserve recent security improvements.
