SEC Urges 2nd Circ. To Reverse Tribune Unwinding Decision

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 12:54 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission urged the Second Circuit on Thursday to overturn a ruling that allowed unsecured creditors to unwind securities actions as part of the Tribune Co.'s bankruptcy proceedings, saying it would hinder its ability to protect the country's markets.
