Enron Creditors Get Another $1.3B In Distributions

Law360, New York (April 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Enron Creditors Recovery Corp. has continued doling out funds to those impacted by the collapse of now-defunct energy company Enron Corp., most recently distributing another $1 billion to creditors.

The group said on Tuesday that it had distributed $1.03 billion to holders of general unsecured claims and allowed guaranty claims.

The distribution included $980,600,000 in cash; $37. 4 million in Portland General Electric Company common stock; and $9 million in interest, dividends and gains from the sale of the PGE stock.
