EU Strikes Out In Tax Evasion Law Talks

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 3:46 PM EDT) -- European Union lawmakers on Tuesday failed to reach an agreement on a tax evasion policy meant to close loopholes within the EU's member nations, but the bloc's tax commissioner is still hopeful the agreement will be adopted before the end of the month.
