Lewis Tein Says Tribe's $84M Suit Rehashes Tossed Claims

Law360, Miami (March 11, 2014, 5:20 PM EDT) -- Miami law firm Lewis Tein PL and its principals on Monday urged a Florida state court to toss the Miccosukee Tribe of Florida's $84 million lawsuit against the firm, its principals and the tribe's former chairman, saying it is a rehashing of an intratribal dispute previously dismissed.
