Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 7:31 PM EDT) -- The usual suspects appear in this year’s list of the people with the greatest influence over tax policy, but the 2014 winner is neither the president nor an IRS official, according to a survey by law firm Miller & Chevalier Chtd.
