EV3 Asks Del. Court To Undo Appriva Investors' $250M Award

Law360, Wilmington (March 12, 2014, 7:54 PM EDT) -- Medical device company EV3 Inc. on Wednesday asked the Delaware Supreme Court to order a new trial in the case where Appriva Medical Inc. shareholders were awarded roughly $250 million related to claims that EV3, which was financially backed by Warburg Pincus, breached provisions of a merger agreement.
