JPMorgan Unit In Talks To Grab Brazilian Health Provider

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 4:41 PM EDT) -- JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Gavea Investimentos Ltda. is in talks to acquire Brazilian medical provider Fleury Medicina e Saude, the health company told regulators and investors on Wednesday.

Fleury, which per its financial data has a value of about 3 billion reals ($1.3 billion), didn't disclose any details about the sale other than to say that negotiations had launched.
