Alaska LNG Project Bill Moving Through State Senate

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 2:57 PM EDT) -- A bill that will enable the state to take equity in a $45 billion liquefied natural gas project and cross-state pipeline is working its way through the Alaska state legislature, as the state senate finance committee reviewed the bill Tuesday and has it scheduled for further consideration this week.
