Giants, Jets End Traffic Row With American Dream Developer

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 3:28 PM EDT) -- The developer behind the multibillion-dollar American Dream entertainment complex in New Jersey’s Meadowlands and the New York Jets and Giants have settled litigation over alleged traffic issues at the site, helping clear a path for its construction, the parties said Wednesday.

The agreement ends a lawsuit that the teams, which play at nearby MetLife Stadium, brought against Triple 5 Group Ltd. and the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority in May after the agency approved the developer's addition of amusement and water parks to the unfinished project,...
