HP's Former IP "Luminary" Joins Foley & Lardner

Law360, New York (January 31, 2006, 12:00 AM ET) -- In a Silicon Valley coup, Foley & Lardner LLP has hired a former executive from Hewlett-Packard Co. who helped oversee expansion of the computer maker’s massive intellectual property portfolio for nearly four decades.

Stephen P. Fox, former vice president and deputy general counsel for IP at HP, joined Foley’s Silicon Valley office Wednesday as a member of its IP department in the electronics practice group.
