Texas Atty Faces Bid To Revive Witness Tampering Claims

Law360, Houston (March 12, 2014, 6:44 PM EDT) -- State prosecutors have asked the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals to salvage a contempt action they are pursuing against a prominent white collar crime attorney for allegedly trying to convince a witness to not testify against one of his clients.
