NY Bill Would Give Tax Breaks To Digital Media Developers

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 5:52 PM EDT) -- Video game, software and other digital media developers could soon receive tax credits for producing their products in New York if legislation introduced Tuesday in the state senate is passed into law.
