E-Book Buyers Rip Apple's Price-Fixing Experts

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 6:58 PM EDT) -- State prosecutors and putative class action plaintiffs fired back Tuesday at Apple Inc.’s attempt to preserve testimony from two of its experts that would trim the amount of damages Apple owes after a New York federal judge ruled it conspired with publishers to fix e-book prices.

In memoranda filed with the New York federal court in Manhattan, state prosecutors and the class action plaintiffs in the e-books price-fixing saga again urged the court to strike testimony from Apple's economics experts Jonathan Orszag and Joseph Kalt....
