Law360, New York (March 13, 2014, 5:54 PM EDT) -- A New York Supreme Court judge denied New York City's bid to compel the United Federation of Teachers to appoint more arbitrators to hear disciplinary actions against teachers, saying its lawsuit seeks the same relief sought in the motion, according to documents filed Thursday.
