S. Korea Must Fix Trade Issues Before Joining TPP, US Says

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 7:35 PM EDT) -- South Korea would need to address customs and auto issues under a two-way free trade agreement with the U.S. before it would be welcomed into negotiations for the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership, the U.S. Trade Representative's office said Friday.
