DC Circ. Quashes EPA Ombudsman Whistleblower Suit

Circuit on Friday refused to revive a whistleblower suit from a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency employee who was stripped of ombudsman duties after allegedly making inflammatory statements and demeaning other public officials, ruling that his claims were filed too late.
