NLRB Says Ralphs Waived Privilege Over Internal Audit Docs

Law360, New York (March 14, 2014, 4:34 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board on Thursday ruled that Ralphs Grocery Co. violated federal labor law when it failed to turn over requested information from an internal audit concerning the rehire of some employees during a lockout because it had waived privilege over the documents in a criminal case.
