Pacific Bell On Hook For $17M Over Undelivered Phone Books

Law360, Los Angeles (March 14, 2014, 9:48 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday affirmed a lower court’s decision to award $17 million to a class of advertisers who alleged in a contract breach suit that Pacific Bell Directory charged them full price for advertisements in telephone books that were never delivered.
