NFL Alumni Group Sues Marketing Co. Over Botched TV Event

Law360, New York (March 18, 2014, 12:36 PM EDT) -- The National Football League Alumni Association has sued Envy Digital Entertainment Inc. in New Jersey state court, accusing the marketing and special events company of breaching a contract to produce a televised media event.

The association says in its March 7 complaint that Envy failed to to produce an event titled, "The National Football League Alumni Association Player of the Year Awards Show" and claims the marketing and special events company owes it $150,000 under a contract signed by both parties.
