Bankruptcy Judge Orders Mt. Gox CEO To US For Deposition

Law360, Dallas (April 1, 2014, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A Texas bankruptcy judge on Tuesday ordered the CEO of troubled Japanese Bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox to show up in Dallas for a deposition later this month as the company seeks a stay of U.S. litigation related to the exchange's alleged loss of 750,000 of its customers' Bitcoins.
